TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

AOL USERS
You may not be able to view the live videos through AOL. Unfortunately, that is a feature of AOL's world wide web browser that we cannot do anything about. Don't worry though, there is a solution! In just a few easy steps you can learn how to use Internet Explorer (another web browser) or Netscape Navigator and use it to view the videos and enjoy the site!

The Best Method
1. Sign on to AOL, stay in the main welcome screen (don't click anything).

2. Minimize the AOL screen by clicking on the minimize button (the first button on the top LEFT, from left to right, like in the small graphic just below). Don't worry, this will not cause AOL to log off or quit on you!


3. Open/launch the browser of your choice (Via a shortcut on your desktop or by going into the Programs menu on your computer). If you do not have a web browser, such as Explorer (which usually comes with PCs) or Netscape, you can download one of those from the links at the bottom of this page.

4. Surf to the desired URL, in this case http://www.spankocam.com !!!!

Don't forget to Click on the PLUG INS for SPANKOCAM and grab your fill of the Free Stuff!!

MORE AOL INFORMATION
AOL users encounter special problems when accessing WWW sites for several reasons. Below are two fairly simple methods to help AOL users get more out of the net (particularly more out of adult sites or any other sites that use photographic images. The browser within AOL is particularly bad at handling these graphics due to compression methods used in their program

Note. The version of Microsoft [MS] Explorer used in AOL is not equal to the MS Explorer provided separately through MS).

If you are going to use the AOL Browser then you may wish to change this setting to make your experience a bit better.  AOL  uses something called compressed graphics. You can read about it on AOL's official page HERE

WEB TV
Unfortunately the JAVA CAMS ARE NOT supported by Web TV We do however offer Cams that ALL WEBTV people can see. Until they make upgrades Web TV users WILL NOT get Streaming Video or Java anywhere on the web (Not just SPANKOCAM

I am Having trouble seeing the Cams
First thing, Do you have all the correct plugins? Due to the  amount of technology we now use within SPANKOCAM to properly view all of the cams and videos you must install some plugins. Most of the areas within the site will give you a direct link to update your browser. If this doesn't help try our plugins area located HERE Also have a quick look HERE if you are using either AOL or WEBTV

That still didn't help, What do I do now?

If you are using NETSCAPE:

1) GO TO EDIT > PREFERENCES from the Top Text Menu on the Upper left
2) Click on ADVANCED from the Menu on the Left
3) Make sure that Check marks are in the following Boxes
AUTOMATICALLY LOAD IMAGES
ENABLE JAVA
ENABLE JAVASCRIPT
ENABLE JAVASCRIPT FOR MAIL AND NEWS
ENABLE STYLE SHEETS
4) In the COOKIES SECTION below this make sure that you have ACCEPT ALL COOKIES checked

If you are using INTERNET EXPLORER:

1) GO TO TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS 
2) On the SECURITY TAB Make sure that your security is set to MEDIUM 
3) On the ADVANCED TAB Scroll down to MULTIMEDIA and make sure that the following boxes are checked
PLAY ANIMATIONS
PLAY SOUNDS
PLAY VIDEOS
SHOW PICTURES

Forgotten Password:  
Are you sure that's your password? You can go here to find out what it is again

Wrong Case: 
You must enter your username and password the exact same way each time. The passwords are CaSe SeNsiTiVe

Declined Card:  
If your credit card was declined upon renewal, Our billing company has closed your account. Go here  to renew your membership.  

If you're sure your card is valid, then double-check that all the other information is correct as well. Your application can be rejected for entering an invalid home address or email address, so don't try to fudge anything! If you have another card, try that. If nothing works.  If NOTHING works then please contact your Credit Card company to see if they have any regulations on the Card and also contact CCbill HERE and they may be able to help you 

Or.....  Your Membership has been used by somebody else at the same time that you are online. Please see the section on FRAUD

Account Cancellation:
 To cancel just CLICK HERE at least 3 days before your next billing cycle. Please don't send us an  e-mail.  All of the Billing Records are maintained by CCBill (Our Billing Company).

Fraud:  
We use a program that detects Multiple Log ins from Multiple IP's at the same time. So make sure you keep your User name and Password to yourself or it will set the program off and your membership will be cancelled.
